Rules:

The vacation package is valid until March 31, 2007 on a space available basis.  Blackout dates apply for weeks of Christmas, New Years, Presidents Day, Easter, Labor Day, and the entire month of August.  The certificate is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash, goods or services and cannot be combined with any other special offer or promotion.  Bookings will be made on a space available basis within 45 days of desired travel date, and desired travel date must be before expiration date.  This certificate is valid for one trip only for the maximum of 7 nights and cannot be separated into multiple travels.  Cancellation charges and other terms and conditions of travel will apply.  No extensions will be granted beyond the cancellation date.  Club Med is not responsible for any airfare penalties or differentials incurred by travelers due to purchase of tickets prior to confirmation of land stay. Club Med is not responsible for lost or stolen certificates.  Proof of citizenship and country entry requirements are the traveler's responsibility.  Membership and initiation fees are included.

Rhythm Foundation concerts connect Miami to an international circuit of festivals, concert halls and a world of music. These events help Miami live up to its reputation as a crossroads of the Americas.  International excellence does not come easily. The world class artists you enjoy throughout the year at our concerts are never just "passsing by" Miami. The Rhythm Foundation works hard to get them here. The cost of international travel and visas, insurance, venue expenses, promotion and production continues to rise.
